[EZ Pro] License becomes invalid and cannot be used after host maintenance.
Please confirm if the hardware ID has changed. Any changes to the components or information on the motherboard after host maintenance will result in a change in the hardware ID. EZ Pro License is bound to the host hardware ID, and the License will become invalid after the hardware ID changes. If you encounter the above situation, please contact ioNetworks sales representatives to apply for License transfer and re-binding.
To check the hardware ID bound to the License:
EZ Pro Client → System Management → License → Right-click on License data and select Details.

EZ Pro Client → System Management → License → Offline Activation Authorization.
