Repair Submission Process

Fill out the RMA form via the following link, and fill in the form content sequentially.

Data Backup
Before sending for repair, please ensure that all important data is fully backed up and any personal, confidential, or proprietary information stored on the product is removed. ioNetworks will delete any data, software, or programs installed on the product without backup. You will be responsible for any data loss, damage, or misuse resulting from failure to create backup files.
3.
Packaging and Shipping
Prior to sending for repair, please ensure that the product is properly packaged and protected. Any damage incurred during shipping due to improper packaging will be the responsibility of the sender.
Repair Cost/Time Information
- The following prices are reference prices for out-of-warranty replacement repair parts. Actual repair costs may vary depending on on-site inventory and engineer assessment.
- Devices still under warranty will receive free diagnostic services. For devices outside of warranty or damaged due to external forces, an additional service fee (diagnostic fee/repair labor) of 1000 NT dollars will be charged for diagnostics or repairs.
- The cost of product parts replacement and repair will be determined by ioNetworks' assessment response.
- Please ensure that you backup your important data before sending for repair to avoid data loss during the repair process.
- Repair time is estimated to be 15 to 30 business days.
Warranty Definition
- Standard Product Warranty Period
- The standard warranty period for general products is 2 years (24 months), calculated from the date of product shipment.
- Customers should pay attention to the individual warranty periods of each product to ensure accuracy.
- RTC System Product Battery Warranty Period
- RTC system product batteries are covered by a 6-month warranty.
- Note: RTC system product batteries are covered by a 1-year warranty.
- Contract Warranty or Extended Warranty
- Contract warranty or extended warranty is provided upon customer request.
- ioNetworks offers flexible extended warranty plans designed to provide customers with long-term value-added services.
- Effective Date
- Product warranty services become effective from the date of product shipment.
Exclusion from Warranty Coverage
In the following circumstances, the product will be deemed outside the warranty coverage
- Defects After Warranty Expiry
- If defects are discovered after the warranty period has expired but were present within the warranty period yet remained undiscovered, they will be considered defects within the warranty period. Please monitor the condition of the product during the warranty period and promptly contact customer service if any potential issues arise.
- Misuse, Abuse, or Unauthorized Repair
- Determination of product misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repair will be made by ioNetworks based on the facts and product usage guidelines.
- Damage Caused by Natural Disasters
- Avoid placing equipment in potential hazardous environments. Products damaged by natural disasters such as lightning strikes, floods, earthquakes, etc., will not be covered under warranty.
- Special OEM and ODM Products
- Special OEM and ODM products do not require the signing of an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) service agreement.
ioNetworks reserves the right to modify or update the warranty terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any modifications or updates through appropriate means of communication (e.g., email, website announcements, or postal mail). Modified or updated terms will take effect immediately upon notification. Customers are advised to regularly review our terms and conditions to ensure awareness of the latest warranty terms.
