[Server] Simple Troubleshooting: Unable to start the server

1. No power:
1. Check if the power supply is connected. If not, connect it and try booting again.
2. If the power supply is connected, check if the power indicator light is on. If it is, remove the power supply, wait for two minutes, then reconnect it and try booting again.

No display on power-up:
1. If there's no display despite power being on, forcibly shut down the server, wait for two minutes, then power it up again.
2. Check if the cables (HDMI, VGA) between the screen and the server are loose or disconnected.

Unable to boot into the system:
If the system boots directly into the BIOS screen, check if there's a boot disk option in the BOOT menu. Set "Windows Boot Manager" as the first boot priority.
