[ITRS] It has been confirmed that the camera itself is functioning normally, but there is an abnormality in the ITRS stream (loading/disconnection/freezing)
Please restart all ITRS-related services.

2. If normal operation resumes after the restart, please check for any signs of high memory/CPU usage and further troubleshoot. High memory/CPU usage can cause the service to stop.
