In this “Work Teams and Team Collaboration” training, we set aside our keyboards and mice and switched to classroom mode for a series of challenges.
Quick Math with Playing Cards: Two teams raced to use addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division to create card combinations equaling 24—our brains were running at full speed.
 Rescue Bridge Mission: Using newspapers and tape, we built a 100 cm bridge sturdy enough for an ambulance model to cross (at one point, it almost turned into a paper art exhibition).
Throughout the session, we refined our approaches again and again—not only to complete each task more effectively, but also to learn how to adapt our methods, spark creativity, give and receive feedback, and even find breakthroughs in moments of conflict.
Over time, we gained a clearer sense of who shines brightest in which role, and who may need support.
This shared understanding is the true accelerator for any team—and the most genuine source of ioNetworks’ team spirit.
